I returned to the Media Intern position at District 155 for Summer 2022. Given my existing experience in the position, I undertook additional projects and responsibilities, including the creation of an "About District 155" feature and an animated logo which can be seen at the beginning of that video.
I recorded and published video and audio content for a summer-long social media campaigns during my time as Media Intern at Community High School District 155. I recorded interview and B-roll footage using drones and tripod-mounted, handheld gimble, and time lapse cameras. I edited this footage into informational videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Apple Final Cut Pro. To support my social media campaigns, I created graphics and animations using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects and managed social media engagement and data analytics across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
During my time as Media Intern, I worked independently to complete these time-sensitive video projects on a weekly basis. I utilized professional written and verbal communication to collaborate with peers both within and outside my area of expertise. I participated in a weekly collaborative critique of my work with peers of various disciplines and mediated recommendations from several different viewpoints before publication.
